Indonesian ginger has a special taste and spiciness. It originated from Simalungun, North Sumatra. Besides its great spiciness to make delicious savory food, Indonesian ginger has also usually been
used to make ginger tea and a gingerbread house.
Ginger is one of the healthiest spices on our planet. Per 100 grams of ginger, it contains 80 calories, 17.77 grams of carbohydrate, 1.82 gram of protein, 0.75 gram of total fat, 415 grams of potassium, 16 mg of calcium, 13 mg of sodium, 5 mg of vitamin C, and 0.6 mg of iron.

White Pepper
